Great Hotel! We stayed here for a weekend for an anniversary trip. The room was modern and updated. We were less than 10 minutes from the Riverwalk and they have a free shuttle! I didn't move my car the whole time! From the staff to the Shuttle Driver Cal was absolutely incredibly. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Their gym was the nicest gym in a hotel I've ever seen. If you are looking for a budget friendly option, with free parking and great service this is the place for you!

We found the beds to be very comfortable. The staff working at breakfast were friendly. Breakfast had a good variety of food: oatmeal, waffles, eggs, cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt, coffee, and juice, just to highlight a selection. They provide a shuttle to downtown locations, which was terrific. This aved us on ride share fares. And our shuttle driver was great. He was friendly and showed concern for us, making sure we knew last pick up times. Finally, the front desk did their best to be very accommodating. We are very glad we chose to stay here.

Wow! Breakfast was the best I have ever had! Yolanda & Isabel are amazing! This was a full breakfast with everything possible! Warm eggs and bacon 🥓 or sandwich’s. So many different options to eat! This made the stay the best I’ve ever had! It’s like a full restaurant! Great job guys!!!

We've stayed here multiple times while visiting family in San Antonio. Front desk staff is always so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but could use an update. There is a smaller HEB a block over so that makes it nice to go and grab late night snacks.

Shortcuts everywhere in this hotel. Very few places to keep things off the floor in the room. Seems like people (possibly family members of the management) are living there and occupying halls as common space. Our floor smelled very pungent of some type of food and there were only microwaves in our rooms. Same group of people awoke our entire floor at 6:30 on Saturday morning with young children and older siblings going room to room or playing in the hallway. Refrigerator is timed and only cools for 2 hours at a time. If you leave in the morning and come back in the evening, it's up to room temperature. Bathroom pocket door was broken and my wife had to push it open so I could get out. Nowhere to hang towels or washcloth in the bathroom. Entirety of the shelf space is shown in the picture, next to the TV.

This has been by far one of the best stays my family and I have experienced. Such an amazing and extremely nice staff!! Roberto was so pleasant and helped out alot at the front desk, so hands on as a manager! Shyla checked me in smoothly and was very sweet. She accommodated me providing me with a water and just exuded excellent customer service! The front desk staff in the mornings are informative and provided an excellent checkout! Yolanda makes sure the breakfast is on point each day! Best complimentary breakfast because they have everything literally lol! All that to say this was an amazing stay and we will be back ! Had a really comfortable rest, the room and bedsheets were clean. The location is close to the river walk. Breakfast was good and well supplied for the guests. We were at the 3rd floor and it was quiet.

Walked to Riverwalk and Alamo from hotel. Great hot breakfast. Extra towels on request. Quiet, so slept well. Watched annular eclipse from beside parking lot
